Licensed by the Ministry of Health, Singapore, under the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act 1980 (Chapter 248) , Innoquest (IQ) has received accreditations from the College of American Pathologists (CAP) and has also obtained the Singapore Accreditation Council through the Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (SAC–SINGLAS ISO 15189:2012) for globally recognised quality management. These awards serve as an affirmation to our commitment to constantly deliver reliable results, allowing clinicians to make diagnoses and decisions with confidence.

Under the Health Promotion Board’s (HPB) Screen for Life programme, Innoquest attained the status of a certified laboratory for Cervical Screen Singapore in 2004, and since 2016, Innoquest has also been certified to process Faecal Immunochemical Test samples as part of the National Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme. To become a certified service provider in these HPB initiatives, Innoquest had to meet a set of stringent quality criteria for colorectal and cervical cancer screening respectively, achieved through regular audits that evaluated the competence of the laboratory in performing the relevant tests.
With these multiple accreditations and certifications, Innoquest is at the forefront of the private pathology business in Singapore and is a strong advocate of public health.
